Online bookings can be made by completing a booking form, and payments can be made online using credit/debit cards. The use of a credit card is completely secure, as we utilize the EBS payment gateway for transactions.
After booking online with Trip Mate Tour, you’ll get a confirmation email.
You need to show this confirmation email before using the taxi.
You must fill out a duty slip with your starting and ending kilometers, and sign it.
We calculate the kilometers from our garage.
Booking with us means you agree to our terms.
You can change your pickup time or place 24 hours before. No changes after that.
If you’re more than 15 minutes late for pickup, you’ll pay a waiting charge (for transfers only).
If you don’t show up for over 60 minutes without telling us, we’ll consider it a no-show and keep your payment (for transfers only).
If your cab doesn’t arrive, we’ll refund your payment if we can’t find an alternative. We won’t cover any extra costs you have because of this.
Bookings are from 12:00 pm to midnight. For example, if you book for 1:30 pm on March 1st, it’s valid until 11:59 pm on March 1st, not March 2nd.
Local trips are only within the city. Going outside might cost extra or be denied.
Any disputes go to the courts in Amritsar, Punjab.
Internet travel times and distances might not be accurate. Actual travel times vary.
We’re not responsible for losses due to unexpected events.
We’re not liable for any losses, damages, or injuries during our service.
Our total liability for any loss won’t exceed your booking payment.
If there’s misbehavior, contact our support team.
Parking is included once. If you go back to the same place, you pay for parking.
If you end your trip early, you still pay the full amount.
Outstation trips can’t be used for local travel. Any unused kilometers can be used for another city by paying extra.
Any extra stops or sightseeing outside the plan costs more, including tolls and parking.
You can change your booking from one-way to round-trip by calling us. We’ll guide you without interrupting your trip.
Driver and Cab details:- Driver and cab details will be sent about a day before your pickup time.
Air Condition:- The air conditioning in the vehicle won’t work in hilly areas or when the vehicle is stopped.
Special permission:- Places needing special permission for travel, like Rohtang Pass and Pahalgam sightseeing, aren’t included due to local taxi union rules.
Parking:- If your hotel doesn’t have parking at night, guests need to pay for it. If parking is included in your package, night parking charges are extra.
